Privacy

This notice covers wardindefense.com, operated by Wardin Defense, the defense side of Wardin Technologies (together “Wardin”, “we”, “us”). It does not cover the separate terms of any contract or program agreement.

What we collect

  • What you send us. If you email us, we receive your address, your message and anything you choose to include.
  • Basic request logs. Like any website, the servers that deliver this site record technical details of each request, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. Our hosting provider keeps these logs for security and operations.
  • Fonts. This site loads its typeface from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google when a page loads. Google’s handling of that request is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools. It has no forms and no accounts.

How we use it

We use what you send us to reply, to follow up on the inquiry and to keep a record of our business correspondence. We use request logs only to run, secure and troubleshoot the site.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and our email, under their own confidentiality and security obligations; between Wardin Defense and Wardin Technologies when your inquiry belongs with the other; when the law requires it; or as part of a merger, financing or sale of the business.

Retention and security

We keep correspondence for as long as it is useful for the relationship or as the law requires, then delete it. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices

You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, or to correct or delete it, by writing to the address below. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law, and we will honor them. We will not treat you differently for asking.

Children

This site is meant for government, defense and industry professionals. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If we change how this site handles information, we will update this page and the date at the top.

Sensitive information

Our public email address is for first contact only. Do not send classified information, Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), export-controlled technical data, or other sensitive or proprietary material through it. If an inquiry needs that kind of information, tell us in general terms and we will arrange an appropriate channel and agreement first.

By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

This site describes our company and the capabilities we are developing. It is not an offer to sell anything, and it is not an offer of securities. Capabilities described here are in development; they may change, may not become available, and are not commitments or performance claims. Nothing on this site implies endorsement by, or affiliation with, any government, agency, military service or program. Names of programs and organizations are used only as context and belong to their owners.

Statements about our plans, capabilities and markets reflect our current expectations. They involve risks and uncertainties, and actual results may differ.

Content and trademarks

The content, design, imagery and marks on this site belong to Wardin or its licensors. You may view the site and share links to it. Do not copy, modify or republish its content without our written permission. Imagery is illustrative.

Links to sites we do not operate are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Ideas you send us

Please do not send confidential or proprietary information unless we have first agreed to receive it under a written confidentiality agreement. Anything else you send may be used without obligation to you.
